Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing returns or refunds.
Return Process

- Provide details of the issue along with supporting photos (if applicable).
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
