Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

Return and Refund Conditions

  • Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing returns or refunds.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at glamour.suiting.contact@gmail.com. within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide details of the issue along with supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window.
